We had an amazing experience at Whole Foods Redondo Beach, thanks to Manager LUIS and staff member ANNA for great customer service!!!.. We were picking out stuff for the company Oscar party and needed help finding some specific things. Anna went above and beyond to help, offering great suggestions and making sure I had everything I needed. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Her excellent customer service truly made a difference, and I appreciate her effort. Whole Foods is lucky to have such a dedicated and kind team member!
The good: They had a super cute section with Easter goods like candies, soaps, stuffed animals, gardening tools, and more. I came for an Amazon return and it was super quick and easy (located at the left of the store). I came to buy seafood items and enjoyed their selection of fish. I got free samples of chocolate as well. The bad: This is a smaller Whole Foods than other locations. The bakery is smaller and the fresh foods bar is smaller. They didn't have black caviar available when I came. The interesting: I didn't know until yesterday that I could use my in-store Amazon Whole Foods code to pay for my goods (so I use the same credit card from my Amazon account).
It's small but sufficient for most of our needs. When we are in town to stay and enjoy Quality Seafood at the pier we tend to drop by here for higher end French style yogurt for dessert and some quality beer. The beer section is much more limited than our neighborhood but our store is much larger so it is what it is. Regardless, I had two nice choices.
I stopped into this Whole Foods Market while staying nearby for business. It is a bit of a smaller Whole Foods along the spectrum of Whole Foods that I've been to in the past. However it is clean, laid out similarly (all the fresh and frozen, salad bar/prepared foods around the perimeter) and the employees are nice. I wasn't looking for much but found everything that I wanted here. I got a few things from the salad bar which was fresh and had a good enough variety of items available even given the smaller format. The prices here didn't seem too much higher than the one I frequent near home given the location. I found checkout easy and I was quickly on my way. Certainly would visit again if I'm in the area.
I totally forgot about this location. It's so convenient too. Whole Foods has the most dedicated employees. The store ALWAYS looks so nice, went stocked and clean. It is like art. The prices are usually higher but someone has to pay for all the quality work. Only bought a few things, but I shall return!! Ok, bye.
